Jack Cain's Premium Gin

A gin developed from a centuries old recipe blended with pure Northumbrian spring water and hedgerow botanicals including elderflower. The elderflower produced a distinctive nose to this gin which produces a softer gin and is particularly suited to combinations with softer tonic and cocktails.

For sloe gin connoisseurs. Our sloes are steeped in premium gin for many months to produce a 30% ABV sloe gin of distinction using the recipe of Jim’s great grandfather.

Jack Cain's Damson Gin

Damson gin is generally quite rare and particularly so this year due to the poor crop of damsons last year. We managed to fill a truckload with damsons and this rich fruit has produced a distinctive and luxurious fruit gin. Blink and you will miss it so order now if you want some.

Imported from St Lucia at high strength for the Admiral Collingwood celebrations, infused with our unique blend of herbs and spices, and cut to 40% ABV with our local spring water; this golden rum is delicious on its own, with a little water or with your favourite mixer.

Jack Cain’s Whisky

‘Whisky Jack’ Cain and his father smuggled whisky over the border from Scotland following the old drovers’ trails of the nineteenth century. We will be launching a whisky soon to celebrate this aspect of Jack’s past.
